Description

Pay tribute to the King of Reggae

Your journey begins with transportation from your resort through the north coast before turning inland to the mountains. There, you'll get your first glimpse of Nine Mile, a quaint village tucked away in beautiful scenery. It was here, on February 6, 1945, that the legendary Bob Marley was born and it’s the very same place where he was laid to rest. If you are looking for reggae culture, you have found the right place.

Get a glimpse into reggae history

This tour takes you through the home Bob Marley lived in as a young boy, a house that is now a museum and gallery.

Your guide will share with you insights into Bob's childhood and musical career as you glance at the gold records that line the walls. With memorabilia and instruments giving you a first-hand look into the mind of a musical genius, this is one museum you won't forget during your lifetime.

Revive yourself, in more ways than one

Next, it's time to immerse yourself even more in Jamaica’s reggae culture. You'll return to St. Ann through the hills, making a stop at one of Jamaica's Revival Churches, where mind, body and soul meet. Experience this rich heritage and culture that originated on the island; the passion will captivate you from beginning to end.

Finally, your last stop will be at a tasteful Jamaican Jerk Center where you can enjoy a traditional meal. Can you handle the heat?
