Amstar Text Messaging Terms
By checking the box to sign up or expressly consenting to receiving text messages from Amstar, you agree to the Amstar Terms & Conditions as well as the following text messaging terms (the “Text Terms”), and agree to receive text messages with updates and information about your booked transportation and excursions, as well as texts with offers and promotions, from and on behalf of Amstar, including text messages sent using an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) you provided. As used herein, the term “Amstar,” refers to Amstar DMC. These Text Terms apply only to Amstar, and do not apply to any text messages from Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Corporation, Hyatt International Corporation, Select Hotels Group LLC, or Apple Leisure Group, or any of their direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates (excluding Amstar DMC).
Consent to receive text messages is not a requirement or a condition of any purchase. You understand and agree that by checking the box to sign up to receive text messages, you are providing your digital signature. By opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Amstar reserves the right to change, update, or correct any of the Text Terms at any time by posting amended terms to this website. Your continued consent to receive Amstar messages will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Amstar text messages, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Not all carriers covered and supported carriers may change from time to time. Amstar does not guarantee availability or performance of the text message service and you understand that transmission delays and message failures may occur.
To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to the phone number from which you received the text message. You will receive a text confirming your opt-out. You can also email Amstar at compliance@amstardmc.com to opt-out. To request additional information or to get help, text HELP to the phone number from which you received the text message.
You represent that you are the account holder for the telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Amstar immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Amstar of a number change by emailing Amstar at compliance@amstardmc.com. You agree to indemnify Amstar for any claims, expenses, and/or damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Amstar if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Amstar may suspend or terminate your receipt of Amstar text messages at any time. Amstar reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Amstar text message services, with or without notice.
