Practical Information

Clothing to bring: Swimsuit, a hat or cap, sunglasses, sun protection clothing, water shoes and a change of clothes.
Items to bring: Money for tips, snacks, and souvenirs (tipping is optional), a valid ID and sunscreen.
Photo service available at extra cost
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled activity.
There is no minimum age requirement; however, children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must purchase the program).
Non-participants may remain in designated viewing areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet zones. To protect the dolphins, visitors, and trainers, the use of cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not permitted in the wet areas.
A $ 3 USD ($50.00 MXN) conservation marine animal life fee per person is required at the entrance for activities that include interaction with aquatic animals.
