Practical Information

  • Clothing to bring: Swimsuit, water shoes, change of clothes, sun protection clothing, a hat or cap, and sunglasses
  • Items to bring: Money for tips, snacks, and souvenirs (tipping is optional), sunscreen and a valid ID
  • Photo service available at extra cost
  • Please, arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
  • Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must pay for the program).
  • People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas.
  • For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.
  • A 3 USD ($50.00 MXN) conservation marine animal life fee per person is required at the entrance for activities that include interaction with aquatic animals.
