Practical Information
- Clothing to bring: Swimsuit, a hat or cap, sunglasses, water shoes, sun protection clothing and a change of clothes.
- Items to bring: Money for tips, snacks, and souvenirs (tipping is optional), a valid ID and sunscreen.
- Photo service available at extra cost
- Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
- Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must pay for the program).
- People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas.
- For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.
- A 3 USD ($50.00 MXN) conservation marine animal life fee per person is required at the entrance for activities that include interaction with aquatic animals.
