Practical Information

  • Clothing to bring: Swimsuit, sun-protective clothing, water shoes, and a change of clothes.
  • Items to bring: Biodegradable sunscreen, money for optional tips, snacks, and souvenirs.
  • Children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult for the entire activity. Both must have purchased tickets.
  • People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety, these areas are separate from wet zones.
  • For safety and to avoid distracting dolphins, visitors, and keepers, cameras, cell phones, and other audiovisual equipment are not allowed in wet areas.
  • A $3 USD ($50 MXN) marine conservation fee per person is required at the entrance for activities involving interaction with aquatic animals.
