Description

Let’s begin with a sea adventure!

From the comfort of your hotel, the staff will pick you up from your accommodations to start this great adventure. You will jump into a fast boat and ride over the deep blue waters of the Sea of Cortez until you reach the point where it joins the Pacific Ocean. Here you will discover the famous rock formation known as The Arch and Lover’s Beach for an up-close look at this spectacular natural wonder. The unique rock formations and expanse of the Pacific beyond marked an imaginary line that, was considered “LANDS END” by the first sailors to visit this area during the Age of Discovery. These earliest explorers believed that this landmark and the waters surrounding it were the last points of land before hitting Antarctica! Definitely, a thought-provoking moment as you keep an eye out for resident sea lions’ view of some of the most beautiful coves and beaches along the coast.

A unique Camel ride

After your boat ride, get ready for a scenic coastal drive to the ranch. You will explore a sustainable eco-farm called “Tierra Sagrada”. This will be a great opportunity to interact with farm animals and enjoy a variety of fun and educational activities before the best part of the tour begins.

Now, it is time to meet your camel by name before settling into the saddle on this exotic animal. Once ready, you will begin this unique way of exploring the picturesque landscapes of Baja California Sur. Enjoy the refreshing breeze, and the sound of the waves, and observe huge ancient cacti and other regional flora while keeping your eyes peeled for glimpses of foxes, deer, and squirrels indigenous to the region. During the winter season, you might even catch sight of humpback whales swimming off the coast! “Along the way, you’ll make a brief stop for a hilarious photo as your newfound camel friend gives you a kiss.”

Continuing along the coastal paths in caravan fashion, you’ll reach a “Typical House,” where you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch of Mexican delights including handmade tortillas, quesadillas, home-made beans, and a tasty variety of spicy sauces. End your day with a delicious tequila and mezcal tasting.
