Dolphinclusive Harmony in Xel-Ha: Swim with Dolphins

 With the Dolphinclusive Harmony in XelHa, you start your day with hotel pickup and transportation to the park. After check-in, your professional trainers will give you a safety briefing. Then, you will be ready to meet the dolphins.

This dolphin inclusive program includes 20 minutes in the water with up to 10 participants. You will take part in 10 different activities, designed to let you interact with and learn about these incredible marine mammals in a safe and fun way.


Discover the Natural Beauty of Xel-Há

 Once your dolphin activity ends, you can explore the park at your own pace. Grab a snorkel and swim in the large natural cove. Observe tropical fish and enjoy the clear and calm waters of this unique place.

You can also take a floating tire or life jacket and follow the river route through mangroves and jungle. This is one of the best ways to see the beauty of the Riviera Maya while staying active.


Enjoy All-Inclusive Activities and Food

 Your admission gives you full access to all the activities inside the park. You can bike through the jungle trails, try small zip lines, or relax in the hammock area. Children can enjoy the special kids' zone.

You can eat at any of the buffet restaurants as many times as you want. The park closes in the afternoon and return transportation will take you back to your hotel.

Practical Information

  • Clothing to bring: Swimsuit, water shoes, sun protection clothing, a change of clothes, closed shoes,a hat or cap, and sunglasses
  • Items to bring: Sunscreen, insect repellent, a bottle of water, a valid di and money for tips, snacks, and souvenirs (tipping is optional)
  • Photo service available at extra cost
  • A 3 USD ($50.00 MXN) conservation marine animal life fee per person is required at the entrance for activities that include interaction with aquatic animals.
  • Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
  • Free transportation: pick up in the lobby of your hotel, applies only to hotels that allow access to cars, if not, pick up will be at the meeting point closest to your hotel.
  • Adult’s rate: adults and children over the age of 11.
  • Children’s rate: children between 5 and 11 years old who measure less than 1.40 mts. (5.4 feet).
  • Free entrance and transportation: babies and children under the age of 5. (only for the park, not the swim dolphin).
  • Children under the age of 5 who will be swimming with dolphins must pay the dolphin swim price.
  • For the safety of the swimmers, dolphins and trainers, participants are asked not to bring video or photography cameras to the wet areas around the dolphin habitats.
  • Visitors accompanying a child are not allowed access to the dolphin habitats.
  • This offer is sold as a package. All park activities and interactions with dolphins must be used on the same day.
  • Friends and family members who will not be participating in the dolphin swim will need to pay for transportation and the entrance fee to Xel-ha park. The package for non-participating friends and family members includes: access to Xel-Há park, food and beverages, access to over 20 activities inside the park and transportation to and from the hotel.
  • This package is valid only if you reach the park with Delphinus transport, which is free from your hotel. If you reach the park by your own means, you will not have access to the park.
