  • Guests with limited mobility and pregnant women are advised not to snorkel. Water activities are not permitted for individuals with respiratory issues, heart conditions, or any condition that may cause loss of consciousness. Please note that strollers are not allowed.
  • Important: A direct payment of $30 USD per person is required to cover the ferry cost.
  • Round-trip transportation is included between your hotel and Playa del Carmen, where the Cozumel ferry dock is located.
