It is a new way to find and track your airport transfers. No app is required. You will receive notifications with your driver’s name, vehicle, license plate, and pickup details. Think of it like ride sharing updates but designed especially for your Amstar transfers.
Where is Amstar Connect currently available?

At the moment it is available in Cancun and Tulum. More Amstar destinations are coming soon.
How does it work when I arrive?
- Once you land, you will receive an email with a check in link.
- Tap “I am ready” after collecting your bags and clearing customs.
- You will see your driver’s details, vehicle, license plate, and a map.
- And do not worry, Amstar representatives are still at the airport if you need help.
Do I need to download an app?

No. You will get notifications by email.
Is Amstar Connect required to enjoy Amstar services?

No. If you prefer to meet an Amstar representative in person, you can. Amstar Connect is simply an extra option to make things easier.
Does it work for both private and shared transfers?

Yes. For shared rides, you may need to wait until your vehicle is ready. Only the lead passenger in the booking receives notifications and checks in.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

For arrivals, the system only activates once your plane lands, so you are covered.

For departures, if your flight changes before the day you leave, your transfer information updates automatically. For same day delays, just call the number in your email or speak with your Amstar representative.
What if I want to leave for the airport earlier or later?

Call the phone number in your departure email or speak with your Amstar representative at the hotel to adjust.
When will I receive my pickup time?
- 72 hours before, you will get your estimated pickup time by email.
- 3 hours before, you will receive your driver and vehicle details.
- 30 minutes before, you will be notified when your ride is on the way.
What should I keep in mind?
- Use airport WiFi on arrival and hotel WiFi for your departure to avoid roaming charges.
- Check your spam or junk folder in case emails arrive there.
- Check in only after you have cleared customs and collected your luggage.
What if I do not use email on my phone?
