Whether you are simply an admirer of our planet’s gorgeous parade of birds or a passionate ornithologist; the tropical climate surrounding the bays of Huatulco still preserves a great deal of its pristine jungle environment providing a perfect habitat for plenty of exciting sightings.
Our tour will take you to the National Biological Reserve, fondly called El Botazoo, a 50,000 acre protected area. A professional guide specializing in the bird population of the region will accompany you and assist in spotting the resident and migratory inhabitants of the area.
Some of the residents include the Lineated Woodpecker, Emerald Hummingbird, Tropical Flycatchers, Parrots & Parakeets. Winter Migrants include: Orioles, Osprey, & West Mexican Chachalaca.
